The Champaign County Historical Museum has had a long-standing presence at the annual Taste of Champaign-Urbana festival. We first started the festival and although we later turned the responsibility for it over to the Champaign Park District, we remain an eager regular vendor. For many years people have come to enjoy our fresh lemon shakeups and revel at our popcorn truck.
